One of the shocks of the Round of 16 was Czech Republic's win over Netherlands in Hungary last Sunday. The Czechs were helped by the red card picked up by Matthijs de Ligt, but they were well in the match prior to his misdemeanour.
As for the Danes, they've been one of the form teams of the competition. In their last two matches they have beaten Wales 4-0, and Russia 4-1. Prior to those two wins, they ran Belgium close on Match Day 2, eventually losing 2-1.
I do expect to see the Danes go through today, and I wouldn't be against backing them to qualify at 8/15. But it could also be a tight match in the 90 minutes.
With this looking like it could be a close match, I'm going to play safe back over 1.5 goals. This covers the possibility of the 1-1 draw. The odds on this bet are 1/2 (1.50), which is quite a good price on this particular market.
