Super Sunday Money Back Specials and Free Bets

The Cheltenham Festival and Six Nations may be over for another year, but the great sport continues at a relentless pace as we now have a super Sunday of football upon us.

There are two live games on Sky Sports today, and both could have a significant impact on the outcome of the Premier League, and both could seriously have impacts on a couple of managerial careers.

The first game between Manchester United and Liverpool sees David Moyes latest effort at trying to establish himself as a top level manager, and his latest attempt at trying to rebuild his reputation.

A top 4 finish looks way beyond United now, so professional pride and the small matter of players’ and the manager’s futures are all United look to have left to play for now.

For Liverpool, after Chelsea’s defeat yesterday, they know the chance is there to close the gap at the top of the table, and at the very minimum they have to avoid defeat today.

In the second match it is pretty much the same. Tottenham are at home, and their manager is effectively fighting for his job, while Arsenal are in the same position as Liverpool.

As you would expect with 2 matches of this magnitude, the bookies have offers galore on.

As well as a £50.00 Free Bet for new customers, Paddy Power are offering their usual money back specials on both games.

In the Manchester United V Liverpool match, they we will refund all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match as a free bet, if Wayne Rooney scores any time.

And in the Tottenham V Arsenal match, they will refund all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match as a free bet, if Santi Cazorla scores any time.

With BetVictor, if a Red Card is shown at any time during the Man Utd v Liverpool match, they will refund losing Correct Score, First/Last/Anytime Goalscorer, Scorecast & Half-Time/Full-Time bets on that particular match as a free bet. They are offering the exact same money back special on the Tottenham v Arsenal match.

Stan James are offering a money back special in cold, hard cash (their words) if your First Goalscorer selections score second in both Manchester United v Liverpool match and the Tottenham v Arsenal match.

Onto Betfred, and as both these matches today are live on Sky Sports, Betfred’s Double Delight and Hat-Trick Heaven promotion kicks in.

If your first goal scorer selection scores the first goal of the match, then goes on to score another, Betfred will double your first goalscorer price. And if your selection then goes on to complete a hat-trick, they will treble your first goalscorer price.

As well as this we have the usual Bet365 offers such as their 0-0 Bore Draw money back special and their 100% Euro Soccer Bonus, and they also have a £50.00 Free Bet for your first bet on mobile or tablet.

Betfair are also getting in on the act, and are offering their £10 No Lose Acca and £50 Free Bet, exactly the same offer as yesterday.

England V Poland – Money Back Specials

Tonight sees the final nail biting world cup qualifier for Roy Hodgson’s England when they take on Poland at Wembley…. and luckily for us football gambling punters some of the bookmakers have their regular money back specials to hopefully ease some of the pain if England fail to qualify.

Paddy Power are offering a money back refund on all losing First Goalscorer, Last Goalscorer, Correct Score & Scorecast singles on the match if Steven Gerrard scores any time for England (as own goals don’t count). Maximum refund is £/€100 per customer, and bets have to be placed pre match.

Stan James may well have the best or the worst offer depending on which way you want to look at things. They are offering money back (as a free bet) on all losing bets up to £25 placed pre match on First/Last Goalscorer, Correct Score or Double Result if England fail to beat Poland (minimum bet £5).

With the Stan James offer you get a consolation if England don’t win, but at the same time you probably don’t want to get the free bet…. if you are an England fan, that is!

At least with the Paddy Power money back special, you can get your money back if England win.

Personally I would have liked to have seen a special involving Poland keeper Wojciech Szczesny, following on from Brian Clough’s infamous ‘clown keeper’ quotes about Jan Tomaszewski.

Football throws up plenty of ironies, and I have a horrible feeling that Szczesny may well put in some sort of repeat performance and deny England. A bet offering odds on Szczesny making over 25 saves or something like that might have been a good marketing play for the bookmakers tonight.

TitanBet Champions League Money Back Special

TitanBet are at it again, with yet another money back special, this time on the Champions League.

This time TitanBet are offering a massive £/$/€50.00 refund on any of the opening round of Champions League matches on Tuesday 17th September, and Wednesday 18th September.

If you have a bet on the first/last goalscorer or correct score of a Champions League match in the opening round of fixtures (on the dates mentioned above), then Titan Bet will refund your losing bet, if the favourite in that particular match loses (up to a maximum of £/$/€50.00).

So to clarify this in simple terms…. if you have a bet on Manchester City to beat Plzen 2-0 tonight, and the bet loses, and Manchester City also lose, then TitanBet will refund you your money as Manchester City are the favourites to win the match.

I think this type of refund bet suits a match like the City one better, nothing against City, it’s just that away teams at odds on are probably more likely to lose than a home team at odds on (obviously depending on the opponent). Other favourites who might be at risk tonight are PSG (away) and Real Sociedad (home).

In order to be eligible for the refund, you will need to enter the promo code “champ” into the “my account” bonus section of the website before placing your bet, and all bets have to be placed pre match.

If both teams start the match as joint favourites, then TitanBet will consider the home team to be the favourites, and only losing bets will be refunded in the event of the favourite team losing.

As always read through the terms and conditions and try and make sure you fully understand what you are doing before placing any bets. The full terms and conditions of the bet promotion, and the option to open a TitanBet account, can be found here.

Good Luck
