Betfair £10 No Lose Double

The Premier League takes center stage again today, and Betfair have two magnificent sign up offers for any new customers opening accounts today.

First, there is the £50.00 Free Bet, and as well as this the Betfair £10.00 no lose double is back today, and with two brilliant games in the Premier League alone to choose from, it is a good day to make the most of these offers.

These are new customer only offers, and only available to new accounts registered in the UK or Ireland. All you need to do is open a Betfair account today, and place a Match Odds Double (or higher, treble, fourfold and so on), across any football matches this weekend, and if it loses, Betfair will give you a £10.00 free bet token.

Just to clarify, the ‘Match Odds’ market is Win, Lose or Draw. So for example Everton are playing Arsenal today, and if you are to use this match, you would have to choose from an Everton win, an Arsenal win, or the draw.

Your bet must be placed pre kick off on the Sportsbook (Fixed Odds) platform, and your first bet (double or more) will be classed as your qualifying bet, you will also need to select your teams from the list of leagues and competitions below……

English Premier League
English Championship
English League One
English League Two
English FA Cup
English Capital One Cup
Scottish Premier League
Scottish Championship
Scottish League One
Scottish League Two
Spanish Primera Division

Italian Coppa Italia
French Ligue 1
French Coupe de France

You cannot use the Betfair cash out option on this offer and Exchange bets, Exchange multiples and in-play bets are not included in this promotion.

So if you fancy a Merseyside double today (it currently pays 5/2), you could have your tenner on it, and if the bets loses, you will get your £10.00 back… and don’t forget, you will also qualify for the Betfair £50.00 Free Bet.

As with Betfair, one login serves the Sportsbook (Fixed Odds), and their Betting Exchange. So if it’s a betting exchange account you after, you can still open an account using this offer, and then just the Exchange thereafter.

Betfair Aintree Refunds if SP favourite wins

Slightly off the beaten track today, but with the Aintree Festival upon us, I thought I’d let you know that Betfair are offering any new account sign ups a great refund promotion over the whole of the Grand National meeting from Aintree over the next 3 days.

Any new customers opening a Betfair account will be entitled to a refund on their first bet of every race of the Aintree meeting if that horse doesn’t win, and the SP favourite (or joint favourite) does win.

As I already stated, this is a new customer only promotion, and it only applies to the Sportsbook (Fixed Odds) site, not the betting exchange.

You will need to open your new Betfair account between now and 4:00pm tomorrow (4th April, 2014), and use the Promo Code ZSK130 when you sign up. Every refund is up to a maximum of £/€25.00 and will come in the form of a free bet token. It only applies to bets placed pre-race, any bets placed in-running won’t count.

As well as this, Betfair are also giving away a £50.00 Free Bet to new customers. To claim this offer you will need to place a qualifying bet at odds of over 1.5 (1/2) within 30 days of opening your account. This need to be a single, and needs to be placed on the Sportsbook (Fixed Odds) section.

Again, if it’s a Betting Exchange account you are after, don’t worry as you can use the same login on both the Sportsbook and Betting Exchange platforms.

A week’s online football trading loss of £9.55

Total Pre Match Trading profits to date is £166.68. My football betting bank now stands at £266.68, I started off the experiment with a betting bank of £100.00 and use around 75% of my available bank on my trades, which are all done pre kick off using Betfair.

The week got off to a bad start, and once I got behind I couldn’t really catch up. I pretty much got caught on the wrong side of two steamers in the two Champions league matches between Galatasaray and Real Madrid, and Dortmund v Malaga.

After that it was damage limitation. Thankfully, I didn’t really do anything stupid or reckless. I kept on reminding myself that it is a long term project, not a weekly one. I think this helped me not to do anything daft, like try and win it all back in one week’s worth of trades.

Having said that, the losses probably affected the way I traded the Bilbao V Real Madrid game on Sunday. If I wasn’t behind I would have traded out for a small green (that was available to me at one point), the fact that I was behind meant I went looking for a bigger win, and subsequently lost.

On the whole though, I’m happy that I didn’t let chasing the losses get out of hand. I know for a fact that in the past I have tried too hard to try and make sure I recorded a profit every week, and ended up making mistakes. That was stupid, as it is a long term project (as I have bored readers by stating on many occasions).

My apologies for the lateness of this blog post, I was already a week or so behind with this post when my PC packed up, leaving me without a PC for over a week. I managed to continue trading on my phone, but I was much more cautious.

I’m all up and running again now, so I will be updating all my recent results over the next few days.

Don’t forget that Betfair are now offering a £25.00 free matched bet for all new accounts. To claim this free bet, all you need to do is place a qualifying bet of £25.00 on the Betfair Sportsbook Fixed Odds (not exchange) at odds of 1.5 (1/2) or better within 30 days of opening your account.

This has to be your first bet, and it is only open to new customers in the United Kingdom or Republic of Ireland. PS, make sure there is a six digit code in the Promo code/Referral code box, you need this to claim your free bet.
