2. How to Make a Deposit

  2. Go to Cashier → Deposit.
  3. Select your preferred payment method.
  4. Enter the amount you wish to deposit (subject to minimum/maximum limits).
  5. Follow the on-screen prompts (enter card details, log in to e-wallet, confirm bank details, etc.).
  6. Once confirmed, your funds should be credited to your account — usually instantly or within a few minutes depending on method.

Tip: If your deposit doesn’t appear immediately, refresh your account page and check “My Funds” or similar. If still not credited within 30 minutes, contact our Support team.


3. How to Request a Withdrawal

  1. Ensure you are fully verified (ID, address, payment method verification) — this helps avoid delays.
  2. Go to Cashier → Withdraw.
  3. Select your preferred withdrawal method, enter the amount, and submit your request.
  4. We will process your request as soon as possible. Processing times vary depending on method (see section 4 below).
  5. Once processed, funds should arrive in your chosen account.

Important: Withdrawals may be subject to internal verification or regulatory checks; making smaller, frequent withdrawals may lead to additional verification.

5. Fees

  • We do not charge any fees for deposits or withdrawals unless otherwise stated.
  • However, third-party payment providers (card issuer, bank, e-wallet) may charge their own fees—please check with your provider.
  • If your deposit is reversed (e.g., due to charge-back or incorrect details), you may be liable for any loss or fee incurred.
  • Withdrawal requests may be cancelled or reversed if irregularities are detected; we reserve the right to comply with regulatory obligations.

6. Verification & Responsible Gaming Requirements

To comply with regulatory requirements (UK Gambling Commission / licensed operator), we may ask you to:

  • Confirm your identity (valid photo ID, passport, driving licence)
  • Confirm your address (utility bill, bank statement)
  • Confirm ownership of payment method (photo of card, e-wallet screenshot)

Until verification is complete, deposits may be limited and withdrawals may be delayed.

7. Withdrawal Method Rules & Conditions

  • You are requested to withdraw via the same method you used to deposit where possible (this is known as the “funds-source rule”).
  • If the same method is not available, we will default to bank transfer.
