Matchday 10 of the Premier League is upon us and we have put together a good value four-fold for Saturday’s action that pays £100.37 for a £10 bet with Betfred.
Furthermore, as two of the legs are odds against, these selections can be put into a Yankee, and could still see a profit if three out of four win.
Premier League Matchday 10 Tips
- Burnley vs Arsenal - Arsenal to win and 2 or more goals in the match at 4/9
- Nottingham Forest vs Man Utd - Man Utd to win at 21/20
- Spurs vs Chelsea - Chelsea to win at 7/5
- Liverpool vs Aston Villa - BTTS at 6/10

Burnley vs Arsenal – Arsenal to win and 2 or more goals in the match (4/9)
For a couple of hours at least, Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal can increase their four-point lead at the top of the table if they can win a fifth successive Premier League match when they visit Turf Moor in one of five 3pm kick offs this Saturday.
Furthermore, the Gunners are on an eight-match winning streak in all competitions, and are also 11 matches unbeaten.
Burnley has had a strong start to life back in the Premier League. The Clarets are 16th in the table on ten points. Scott Parker’s team are on a winning streak of two, which has taken them five points clear of the relegation zone.
Extending that run against a Gunners team that have conceded just three Premier League goals this season is unlikely.
We can see Arteta's team winning, maybe by a 2-0 or 2-1 scoreline. We’ve added 2 or more goals to the bet to slightly improve the odds on another Arsenal win.
💡Tip: Back Arsenal to win and 2 or more goals in the match at 4/9 with Betfred
Nottingham Forest vs Manchester United – Man Utd to Win (21/20)
Wow, Manchester United are on a winning run of three in the Premier League. So, after numerous false dawns, have United finally turned the corner under Ruben Amorim?
The reason why the answer might be yes is because of the form of some of their summer signings. Bryan Mbeumo has four goals and an assist and his fellow big-money arrival from Wolves, Matheus Cunha finally got off the mark in United’s 4-2 win over Brighton last weekend.
United are now flying. A fixture against Nottingham Forest - who haven’t even scored in their previous four league outings - is the ideal match to keep the momentum going.
At odds-against, we have to include the Red Devils in our bet.
💡 Tip: Back Manchester United to win at 21/20 with Betfred
Tottenham Hotspur vs Chelsea – Chelsea to Win (7/5)
Tottenham’s unbeaten run on the road came to an end in their 2-0 EFL Cup defeat to Newcastle United at St. James’ Park on Wednesday.
Despite starting Matchday 10 third in the league, Spurs’ form at the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been abysmal this season. Thomas Frank’s team have picked up just four points from four, winning one, drawing one and losing two.
Chelsea have also been far better on the road than at home. The Blues have won two, drawn one and lost one on the road.
The defeat was against Manchester United, with keeper Robert Sanchez sent off after just five minutes. While the draw was at Brentford, with the hosts needing a 93rd-minute equaliser to deny Enzo Maresca’s team the three points.
A wager on Chelsea at 7/5 looks good value.
💡 Tip: Back Chelsea to win at 7/5 with Betfred
Liverpool vs Aston Villa – Both Teams to Score (6/10)
Liverpool have lost their last four in the Premier League, while Aston Villa are on a four-match winning streak.
However, we have to take the Anfield factor into consideration. Putting aside Wednesday’s dismal EFL Cup defeat to Crystal Palace, Liverpool have only lost once at home this season.
The Reds have three wins from four in the Premier League and are one from one in Europe. They will also be getting roared on by a vocal home crowd in an electric Anfield-night game atmosphere.
We believe Liverpool will win. But as we can’t trust them, let's go with both teams to score instead.
💡 Tip: Back Both Teams to Score at 6/10 with Betfred
