Arsene Wenger Sack Odds shorten after yet another Bayern Munich humiliation

Arsenal have now managed to lose 5-1 to Bayern Munich twice in 3 weeks, giving them an overall 10-2 aggregate thrashing.

Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger was already under pressure ahead of the 2nd leg, and given the result and the nature of the result tonight, he is going to be under real pressure now.

4/1 on Wenger to be next manager out

At the moment Wenger is now (what looks to be a decent) 4/1 with Paddy Power to be the next Premier League manager to lose his job (this season).

That price might not last too long, as I’m sure the pressure will mount over the next few days.

Some bookmakers, such as William Hill are as short as 2/1. While you can currently get 4/1 with BetVictor, and 5/1 with Skybet.

Both matches have followed a similar theme, with the Gunners in a decent position at half time, only to capitulate in both second halves, in spectacular and humiliating style.

Three weeks ago, it first happened. It was 1-1 at half time in Bavaria, and then the wheels fell off in the 2nd half, as the Gunners conceded a further 4 goals.
